Please join the Pew Charitable Trusts and Stop Illegal Fishing for an informational webinar on the FAO Voluntary Guidelines on Transshipment, and the upcoming Technical Consultation on the Guidelines.
The objective of the webinar is to review the practice of transshipment, the need for global guidelines, the work done to date through the FAO on the guidelines, and other useful information. Additionally, we will cover key aspects of the guidelines and share indications for participation in the upcoming FAO Technical Consultation on the Guidelines.
The first half of the webinar will cover the need for these guidelines, what is covered by the guidelines, other key aspects of the guidelines, and logistical information for the Technical Consultation. The second half of the webinar will be reserved for questions and answers.
